Deanna was born and raised in rural Saskatchewan and has spent the last decade living in Saskatoon with her husband and now 2 children.
Being an RN for the past 15 years, she has dedicated herself to providing compassionate care to her patients and has witnessed the challenges facing seniors today. During her career she has worked in many different areas including Thoracic, Vascular and General Surgery, Critical Care, Medicine, Forensic Nursing as well as managerial positions. Through this experience, and working closely with other disciplines, she has developed a passion to provide seniors with functional, achievable care plans that help them maintain as much independence as possible. She was inspired to go into business to provide a premium service that will truly make a difference in a person’s quality of life.
Deanna and her husband are proud to be from the prairies and also operate a province wide business within the poultry industry. “I am dedicated to providing quality service and this is just one more way I feel I can give back to my community. Retire-At-Home has the same core values that I believe so it is such a natural fit for me to bring this company to Saskatoon.
